  • 8 eggs
  • 3 golden yukon potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 box white button mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup gratted parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 salt & pepper

How to Make Frittata Primavera

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Frittata Primavera in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Chop up & boil potatoes with or without skin on until fork tender
  • Step 2
  • Add olive oil to pan & saute sliced pepper, onion & mushrooms with salt.
  • Step 3
  • Run potatoes under cold water after cooked to cool off & let cooked veggies come to room temperature
  • Step 4
  • Butter a non stick skillet & add the potatoes & veggies
  • Step 5
  • Scramble the eggs in a bow & add the milk & gratted cheese & salt & pepper & add to skillet.
  • Step 6
  • In 350° pre heated oven cook frittata approximately 20 minutes....put toothpick into frittata & if it comes out dry...Frittata is ready
  • Step 7
  • Eat & enjoy
