  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Step 2
  • Cook bacon add onion saute for several minutes lightly caramelized
  • Step 3
  • Add potatoes till light brown add roasted red peppers mix well
  • Step 4
  • Break and seasoned egg in bowl add to saute pan
  • Step 5
  • Cover place pan in oven cook to coagulated
