Ingredients: Frittata

  • 2 onions
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 6 radish thinly sliced
  • 6 chestnut mushrooms thinly sliced
  • 75 grams garden peas
  • 50 grams sliced ham
  • 1 tomato thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
  • 6 medium eggs
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 50 grams goats cheese thinly sliced

How to Make Frittata

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Frittata in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Chop onions, garlic and mushrooms and sorte in a pan for 5 minutes to soften
  • Step 2
  • Add radish, peas and cook for a further 3 to 4 minutes
  • Step 3
  • Leave mix to cool, whisk egg and milk and add herbs, salt and pepper to the eggs
  • Step 4
  • Add onion mix into oven proof pan, place ham on top of onion mix add the egg mix, slice tomato and place over the egg mix, place cheese slices on top
  • Step 5
  • Cook in a preheated onion at 180°F for 25 to 30 minutes
