  • 2 tsp cooking oil (I used coconut)
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1 cup chopped artichokes (from the jar)
  • 2 tsp chopped sun dried tomatoes
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cream/milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes
  • 2 slice pepper jack cheese
  • 2 tbsp bread crumbs

How to Make Frittata

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Frittata in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat broiler to low heat.
  • Step 2
  • Heat oil in an oven-proof pan. Cook vegetables on stove over medium heat.
  • Step 3
  • Whisk eggs, cream/milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley flakes. Add mixture to pan.
  • Step 4
  • Make sure vegetables are evenly distributed in eggs but after that don't touch it and let it cook over medium heat until eggs start to settle.
  • Step 5
  • When eggs are starting to visibly be cooked on top (forming a solid top coat) but still a little runny, add cheese and let it cook another minute.
  • Step 6
  • Add bread crumbs and put in broiler for 5 minutes or until top starts to brown.
  • Step 7
  • Remove pan from oven and let sit for a couple minutes before taking frittata out of the pan.
