  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 can fruit cocktail, 15oz. each, very well drained.

  • MERINGUE SHELL:

  • preheat oven to 275°

  • cool completely before going to next step.

  • FILLING:

  • combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla. mix well

  • fold in the well drained fruit cocktail.
  • Step 12
  • spoon half the mix into each meringue shell.
  • Step 13
  • refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
  • Step 14
  • makes 2 pies. keep pie refrigerated when not being eaten.
  • Step 15
  • this is a very sweet pie. if you don't like super sweet dont make it.. lol. :)
