  • 1/4 large watermelon
  • 1 head small lettuce
  • 1 kiwi
  • 5 Green olives
  • 1 peach
  • 2 cup vanilla yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup tangy mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp fine sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh orange juice
  • 1 tsp zesty lemon pepper or fine lemon zest

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Fruit explosion salad in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Soak lettuce in a bowl of water with ice
  • Step 2
  • Cube watermelon and remove seeds. Slice the green olives into rounds.

  • Slice cucumber into medallions and then halve them.cube the peach.

  • Slice kiwi into medallions and halve them too. All salad ingredients will now be ready for setting...chill them till just before its serving time.
  • Step 5
  • Place lettuce on the base of the bowl or platter. Then throw on the cucumber. Set watermelon cubes and kiwi above the cucumber. Drop in the peaches. Lastly you can add in the olives.
  • Step 6
  • For the dressing : combine last seven ingredients
  • Step 7
  • Vwallah!
