  • 1/4 cup pistachios crushed
  • 1/4 cup crushed cashews
  • vegetable
  • 2 cup shredded lettuce, iceburg
  • topping
  • 1 tsp bee pollen

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Fruit nuts and a vegetable salad in your home by yourself.

  • Slice the ya pear, tomatoes, one orange, and pomelo into wedges.

  • Juice and zest the other orange.
  • Step 5
  • Peel and slice kiwis
  • Step 6
  • Crush the nuts. I put between 2 paper plates amd used my cooking hammer to crush them.
  • Step 7
  • Add all the ingredients except bee pollen toss well. Sprinkle the bee pollen on top. Chill 30-40 minutes serve hope you enjoy
