  • Put the powdered kanten, water, and milk into a pot. Turn on the heat to medium, and dissolve the agar.

  • It's hard to see in the picture, but when the mixture starts to boil, turn off the heat. Add sugar and dissolve. Leave it until cooled.

  • Once the mixture from Step 3 has cooled down a bit, pour it into a container or a bento box. Add the mixed fruit. When the surface of the mixture starts to harden, place it in the fridge.
  • Step 5
  • Chill it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, cut it into your preferred size and enjoy.
