  • 1 box Betty crooker sugar cookie mix (prepared)
  • 1 packages Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 each pineapple ring
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup pineapple slices out into triangles
  • 1 cup freshly sliced kiwi fruit
  • 1 cup fresh sliced Strawberries

How to Make Fruit Pizza

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Fruit Pizza in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Create a giant cookie of your own shape from the Betty Crocker Sugar cookie mix. l prepared mine on my pizza stone so it ended up being round. Bake as directed on the package and let the cookie cool down before you start to decorate it.
  • Step 2
  • Blend together the softened cream cheese, vanilla and sugar into a spreadable mixture. Spread this over the entire cookie.
  • Step 3
  • Decorate with fresh fruit in your own pattern.
  • Step 4
  • I found it was easier to cut into pizza slices if I left the cookie covered in the fridge overnight.
