  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free baking mix (could use regular baking mix)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla

    Step 1
  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Step 2
  • Put pie crust in pie plate, if you didn't already buy it in a pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Step 3
  • Reduce oven to 325°F.
  • Step 4
  • In saucepan, melt chocolate chips with butter.
  • Step 5
  • In mixer bowl, beat chocolate mixture, with sweetened condensed milk, baking mix, eggs, & vanilla. Pour into prepared pie crust.
  • Step 6
  • Bake for 45 minutes. Let cool before serving.
