  • 1 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter ( 2 sticks)
  • 5 large Eggs
  • 2 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 6 oz Unsweetened Chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup Chopped Walnuts ( any nuts that you prefer)
  • Frosting
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter ( 1 stick)
  • 2 oz Unsweetened Chocolate chopped
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 4 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cup Powdered Sugar

How to Make Fudgy Brownies

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Fudgy Brownies in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 360°. Butter 9x13 inch baking pan with 2 inch high sides
  • Step 2
  • Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Stir butter and chocolate in a heavy small saucepan ( double boiler) over low heat until melted and smooth.
  • Step 3
  • Stir in warm chocolate mixture, then dry ingredients. Mix in nuts.
  • Step 4
  • Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake until toothpick inserted into center comes out with most crumbs attached, about 30 minutes. Cool.
  • Step 5
  • Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl to blended with dry ingredients already mixed.
  • Step 6
  • For Frosting : 1) Stir butter and chocolate in a small saucepan ( double boiler) over low heat until melted. 2) Stir in unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 tbsp milk and vanilla extract. 3) Whisk in powdered sugar. Mix in the remaining milk to form smooth frosting. ( Add a lil more milk if you need)
