  • 1/2 tbsp Dried hijiki seaweed
  • 1/2 bunch Shimeji mushrooms
  • 30 grams Bacon (block)
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tsp ◎Sake
  • 1 tsp ◎Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ◎Mirin
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 tsp ☆Soy sauce

How to Make Full of Fiber Burdock Root & Hijiki Fried Brown Rice

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Full of Fiber Burdock Root & Hijiki Fried Brown Rice in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Peel the burdock root and shave into thin slivers. Rinse in cold water and then drain. Rehydrate the hijiki in water to soften.

  • Shred the shimeji mushrooms and cut the bacon into 1 cm strips. Mince the garlic.
