  • 1 Egg
  • 1 roughly 1 bowl Hot cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp each Miso and sake
  • 1/2 tsp Finely chopped ginger
  • 1 dash Salt and pepper

    Step 1
  • If you are using cold rice, microwave it in preparation. Soak the hijiki seaweed in water following the package instructions to reconstitute it.
