  • 1 packages Frozen Hash browns (1lb.)
  • 2 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 8 oz Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • black or white pepper
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Crushed Goldfish Crackers

How to Make Funeral Potatoes

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Funeral Potatoes in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Microwave Hash browns in the bag cut open for a total of 15 minutes doing it 5 minutes and then shake it to mix it up.
  • Step 2
  • While waiting for the potatoes, mix Sour Cream, Cheese, and Cream of Chicken Soup together in a good size bowl (you'll add the potatoes into it)
  • Step 3
  • Add your microwaved Hash Bowns into the bowl. Mix well and put into a 9x13 pan, top with as much cheese as you'd like and then put crushed goldfish on top of the cheese. Bake for 25 minutes.
