  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 onion, chopped(diced)
  • 2 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 piece (about the size of your thumb) ginger, jullian
  • 1 stalk green onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 ground pepper to taste
  • 1 cup water
