  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cup to 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 additional melted butter for brushing the finished bread

  • Brush with more melted butter (about 1 tblsp) upon removal from the oven.
  • Step 9
  • Allow to cool & cut wedges to serve.
