  • 4 sliced sourdough bread
  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 small zuchini
  • 1/2 cup garlic and herb feta
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp pesto
  • 1 bunch fresh spinach

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Garden Veggie Sammies in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Set skillet over medium low heat
  • Step 2
  • Brush one side of sourdough with olive oil, place olive oil side down
  • Step 3
  • Layer feta, thinly sliced zucchini, sliced tomato, spinach, chopped garlic and a little salt and pepper onto the bread while its in the skillet.
  • Step 4
  • On other piece of bread brush one side with olive oil and one side with mayo and pesto, place on top of sandwich with olive oil side up
  • Step 5
  • Flip sandwich once its golden brown on bottom. About 6 mins.
  • Step 6
  • After 6 mins on the other side take sandwich off heat.
  • Step 7
