  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Greek oregano
  • 1 juice of 1/2 lemon or 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 to 1 teaspoon kosher salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (Hungarian sweet or smoked Spanish)
