  • 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 can minced garlic fresh and refrigerated
  • 1/4 cup salt and pepper. (may use less or more if desired)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 stick unsalted butter or margarine

    Step 1
  • Clean off turkey, smother with butter and garlic. Spread cream of mushroom Soup around the body of the turkey
  • Step 2
  • Pre heat oven to 375°F.

  • Salt and pepper the turkey to your liking and stick it in thr pre heated oven! After one hour cover with tin foil and sit and wait. Then enjoy! Bake at 375°F for an hour and then cover with tin foil and bake for another remainder of two hours and thirty five to forty five mins. .it was heavenly and juicy!
