  • 2 tbsp sugur
  • 3 tbsp dry milk
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp yeast

  • 250 grams cheddar cheese (chopped to cubes)
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp butter (for topping)
  • 2 clove garlic crushed (for topping)
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped (for topping)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Garlic cheeze balls in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • dissolve the yeast in warm water with half tablespoone of suger and half tablespoone of flour.
  • Step 2
  • mix all the remained dry ingredeaint in bowl of mixer machines.
  • Step 3
  • add the dissolved yeast to the bowl progressively, and start to mix for 5 minitus
  • Step 4
  • cover it, and let it to relaxe for half hour in warm place
  • Step 5
  • preheat the oven, start to make balls and stuff it with cheese and put them in oiled pan.
  • Step 6
  • For topping melt tha butter and fried the garlic and parsley in it and put it on the balls and baked it from the two sides
