  • 1/2 Shallot

  • 4 tbsp Olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

    Step 1
  • Wash the sprouts and cut off the root ends. Finely chop the shallots and garlic. Preheat the oven to 190 ℃.
  • Step 2
  • Add olive oil and butter to an oven-safe skillet, heat on medium heat, add the shallots and garlic, and cook until fragrant.
  • Step 3
  • Add the brussels sprouts and sauté‎ until the oil is well distributed.
  • Step 4
