  • Salmon Patties
  • 1 can Salmon
  • 2 tbsp Margarine
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesean cheese
  • 2 tbsp dried onions
  • 1/2 tbsp Chopped fresh Parsley
  • 2/3 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup Olive oil

How to Make Garlic Parmesan Salmon Patties

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Garlic Parmesan Salmon Patties in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Drain the Salmon, reserving 3/4 cup of the liquid. Flake the meat. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add onion and cook until tender.
  • Step 2
  • In a medium bowl, combine the onions, 2/3 of the cracker crumbs, eggs, Parsley, mustard, parmesean and salmon. Mix until well blended and then shape them into patties.
  • Step 3
  • Take the remaining crumbs and coat the patties.
  • Step 4
  • Drizzle olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties until brown and then carefully flip them over and brown the other side
