  • 1 lb Lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup Refrigerated shredded hash brown potatoes
  • 1/4 cup Sliced green onions
  • 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Seasoned salt
  • 1 dash 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise or salad dressing, if desired
  • 4 Whole wheat hamburger buns, split
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 4 slice Tomato, if desired

How to Make Garlicky turkey burgers

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Garlicky turkey burgers in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except mayonnaise, buns and lettuce. Mix well. Shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Place patties on broiler pan.
  • Step 2
  • Broil 4 to 6 inches from the heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until thermometer inserted in center of patties reads 165ºF.
  • Step 3
  • Spread mayonnaise on cut sides of buns. Place lettuce, turkey burgers and tomato on bottom halves of buns. Cover with top halves of buns.
