  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 2 can chilli hot beans
  • 2 can diced tomatoes with creen chillies
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 4 clove garlic minced
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lrg red onion diced
  • 1 habanero pepper I used carribean red minced
  • 1 red cayenne pepper minced
  • 1 splash of worcestershire sauce
  • 1 splash of soy sauce

How to Make Gerald's Chilli

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Gerald's Chilli in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • brown chuck onions garlic peppers and seasonings together in a large pan
  • Step 2
  • add all canned items to pan and stir
  • Step 3
  • fill pan to top with water and set heat to high
  • Step 4
  • when boiling reduce heat to simmer cover and cook 1 hr stirring ocaisionaly
  • Step 5
  • when pan has reduced by about half stir taste season with salt and pepper to your liking
  • Step 6
  • if you like it really hot use more peppers make some rice have a bowl and a beer
