How to Make German Pancake

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make German Pancake in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • Step 2
  • In a blender, combine the eggs, milk, flour, salt, pecans, and cinnamon. If you do not have a blender, just mix until smooth.
  • Step 3
  • Pour the melted butter into an ungreased 13"x9" baking dish. Pour batter into the baking dish.
  • Step 4
  • Bake uncovered at 400° for 20 minutes.
  • Step 5
