  • Put germinated brown rice (refer to recipe) and water in a clean container, cover, then let it sit for 24 hours at room temperature.
  • Step 2
  • Small bubbles will start to form, and when it starts to produce a subtle smell like the water used to rinse rice, it's ready. Strain the water into another container, and store in the refrigerator.
  • Step 3
  • Drink the rejuvelac within 24 hours, add 1 liter of water to the container with the germinated brown rice, then let it sit for 24 hours at room temperature to ferment.
