  • 100 g margarine
  • 70 g sugar
  • 230 g flour
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp molasses
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp ginger powder

How to Make Ginger Biscuits

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Ginger Biscuits in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat the oven at 180°C/350°F. Put margarine and sugar into a bowl and mix together well until the texture of the mixture becomes smooth.
  • Step 2
  • Put the honey and molasses into the bowl and mix in, then put in the other ingredients and mix all together into a dough (note: dissolve the baking powder in a little hot water before putting it into a bowl)
  • Step 3
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll up the dough into small balls and place them on the tray. Bake for 15 minutes and remove to a cooling rack.
