  • 1 Tbsp ginger (slice thinly and soak it in soy sauce for half day to one day in advance)
  • 1 carrot (peel, cut into thin sticks)
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • Shiso leaves for topping
  • Soy sauce for soaking

How to Make Ginger Carrot

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Ginger Carrot in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Slice thinly the ginger soaked in soy sauce.
  • Step 2
  • Heat the oil in a pan over medium-low heat, then add the carrot and cook until become slightly soft (for about 2 mins).
  • Step 3
  • Put in sliced ginger and stir fry for 20 seconds. Top with the minced shiso leaves (optional).
