  • 1 Ginger biscuits
  • 1 Sugar

    Step 1
  • Boil or bake your sweet potatoes until soft. If you bake them their natural sweetness comes out and it is much healthier.
  • Step 2
  • Crush your ginger biscuits.
  • Step 3
  • Once the sweet potatoes are done, let them cool. Peel them (if you prefer) and slice them.
  • Step 4
  • Pack a layer of sweet potatoes in an oven dish. Generously sprinkle with sugar then crushed biscuits and dot with the butter. Continue with the layers until all the sweet potatoes have been packed. End with a layer of sugar, crushed biscuits and butter.
  • Step 5
  • Bake the dish in the oven at 180C for about 20 minutes (or until the dish is heated throughout and the butter melted.)
