  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 Sesame oil

    Step 1
  • Remove the white-ish grains from the gizzards and slice into 5 mm pieces. Buying ones with the grains removed already is easier. Cut the garlic rabes into 5 to 6 cm pieces, and mince the ginger.
