  • 1/4 cup honey or maple
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp. ground flaxseed + 6 tbsp. water (or 2 eggs + 2 egg yolks if you're not vegan)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp. coffee grounds
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 2/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1 cup (or more) dark chocolate chips

How to Make Gluten Free Banana Brownie

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Gluten Free Banana Brownie in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 190°C.
  • Step 2
  • Place a baking sheet into a tin pan.
  • Step 3
  • In the large mixing bowl, mash the bananas. Add in the wet ingredients (honey, coconut oil, water, eggs (or flaxseed mix) & vanilla) & mix through.
  • Step 4
  • Then add the coffee, salt, coconut flour & cocoa. Mix through using the fork until it’s all combined.
  • Step 5
  • Add the chocolate chips & fold through.
  • Step 6
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared tin & pop into the oven for 25 minutes.
  • Step 7
  • They will seem rather uncooked but they will harden as they cool.
  • Step 8
  • Storage: In airtight container for up to 5 days
