  • 1/4 cup soy flour
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs

How to Make Gluten-free Brownies

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Gluten-free Brownies in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Step 2
  • Spray 8" square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Step 3
  • Combine flour, cornstarch, baking soda, & salt in small bowl; mix well.
  • Step 4
  • Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat. Add brown sugar; cook & stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat; sift in cocoa & stir until combined. Stir in flour mixture until smooth. (Mixture will be thick). Stir in chocolate chips & vanilla. Add eggs; beat until smooth & well blended. Pour into prepared pan.
  • Step 5
  • Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out almost clean.
