  • 150 ml Stevia (or brown sugar)
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 large egg
  • 200 ml Carob chips (or chocolate chips)
  • 100 ml Your choice of nuts (optional)

How to Make Gluten-Free! Chocolate Chip Cookies

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Gluten-Free! Chocolate Chip Cookies in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat the oven to 190°C. Grease a baking tray or line it with parchment paper.
  • Step 2
  • Combine the gluten-free flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  • Step 3
  • In a separate bowl, add the egg and brown sugar. Whip until it becomes fluffy.
  • Step 4
