  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cup gluten-free quick oats
  • 1 1/3 cup rice krispies cereal (gluten-free)
  • dash sea salt
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chia/hemp/flax seeds
  • mini chocolate chips

How to Make Gluten-free Granola Bars

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Gluten-free Granola Bars in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Line an 8x8 baking pan with foil and grease lightly.
  • Step 2
  • In a large pot, add coconut oil, brown sugar, honey, and vanilla extract.
  • Step 3
  • Once completely blended, turn heat to medium-high and bring mixture to a boil for just a minute.
  • Step 4
  • Remove from heat and mix remaining ingredients, except chocolate chips.
  • Step 5
  • Press mixture firmly into pan, add chocolate chips, and press again.
  • Step 6
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours, then remove and cut to size of your choosing.
  • Step 7
  • Store in airtight container for up to one week.
