Ingredients: Gnarly Nachos!

  • 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 can Refried Bean
  • 1 Small Can diced Green Chillis
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1/2 Large Block Velveeta
  • 1 can Rotel Tomatoes
  • 1 large Bag of your favorite Tortilla Cips
  • 1 Other Toppings such as sour cream, lettuce, olives ext.....to taste

How to Make Gnarly Nachos!

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Gnarly Nachos! in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a large pan brown your ground beef then strain off grease. In your pan with your beef add your green chilies, salsa and refried beans. Mix well on medium low heat.
  • Step 2
  • In medium sauce pan add your Velveeta and rotel tomatoes. Melt down and mix well making sure not to burn it.
  • Step 3
  • On a plate add a layer of chips then meat/bean mixture then Velveeta. Then chips, meat/beans and Velveeta again. Topping it off with your other choice of nacho goodies and ENJOY!
