  • 8 oz Fontina cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup Half and Half
  • 3 tbsp Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp Minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Basil (freshly chopped)
