  • lettuce
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 1 cucumbers
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 yellow pepper
  • red cabbage
  • cup broccoli

How to Make Go healthy with TUNA!!

  • chop lettuce in a meduim size and spread it on your plate.
