  • 2 packages cream cheese
  • 1 log goat cheese
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 packages graham crackers; smashed fine
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can raspberry topping
  • 1 can blueberry topping
  • 1 1/2 stick butter

How to Make Goat Cheese Cake

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Goat Cheese Cake in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Let cheese soften at room temperature. Combine all ingredients together in a mixer. Mix until smooth.
  • Step 2
  • Melt butter and mix with graham cracker crumbs. Press crumbs onto bottom of a bakind dish or individual containers.
  • Step 3
  • Pour cheese mix on top of crackers. Place in a casserole dish. Pour water halfway up the containers. Cover. Bake at 325° for approximately 40 minutes. Cool in fridge for four hours. Top with mixture of raspberry and blueberry toppongs
  • Step 4
  • Variations; Preserves, marmalade, espresso powder, flavored goat cheeses, dried cranberries or raspberries, pineapple, lime, orange, coconut milk, pecans, walnuts
