Ingredients: Goat Potato Curry

  • 500 grams Goat meat with bones
  • 2 piece Potatoes big size
  • 4 piece Onion chopped
  • 1 head Garlic chopped (whole bulb)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
  • 2 piece Tomato chopped
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tbsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp Red chilli powder or as u can bear
  • Salt
  • 4 Cardamon green
  • 4 Cloves
  • 2 stick Cinnamon
  • 2 Bay leaf
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil

How to Make Goat Potato Curry

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Goat Potato Curry in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Wash goat meat pieces n keep aside.
  • Step 2
  • Take a pressure cooker.. Heat on fire.. Pour oil.. Let it heat.. Add Cardamom, Clove, cinnamon n Bay leaf.. Saute it for two minutes..
  • Step 3
  • Add chopped onion.. Saute it till transparent.. Now add Goat meat pieces.. Add all remaining ingredients..except potatoes... Mix well.. Keep flame medium. For ten minutes.. Stir continuously.
  • Step 4
  • Now do flame low n keep the lid.. Don't keep whistle. Cook in low flame till all meat pieces start to release oil.
  • Step 5
  • Meanwhile peel the potatoes and cut into half.. Wash it n fry it in another pan till lil brown.
  • Step 6
  • When meat starts to release oil add potatoes.. Mix well.. Add water as u need gravy bt potatoes and meat should be dip in water.
  • Step 7
  • Close the lid.. Keep whistle on the lid.. Give two whistle..
  • Step 8
  • Keep it for cooling.. Now open the lid.. If gravy is thin then cook more to thick gravy bt take out potatoes then cook..
  • Step 9
  • Now its done fully add potatoes again.. Serve with steamed rice or Indian flat bread.
