Ingredients: Goulash

  • 2 lb Beef stew meat
  • 2 lb Sliced Carrots (sliced on the thicker side)
  • 2 lb 2 - 3 pounds Sliced potatoes
  • 1 Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Adobe Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 32 oz Ketchup
  • 1 Italian Seasoning

How to Make Goulash

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Goulash in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a deep pot add olive oil to coat bottom. Add beef cubes and carrots. When the bottom of pot gets browned add a cup of water. Cook down and repeat 2-3 more times.
  • Step 2
  • Add potato slices and more water to cover everything in the pot.
  • Step 3
  • Add all seasonings - salt & pepper, Adobe, Italian seasoning, and Worcestershire Sauce.
  • Step 4
  • When potatoes are soft, add the ketchup. Cook on low all day. The longer it cooks the better it is.
  • Step 5
  • Serve with fresh buttered Italian bread and enjoy.
