Prepare the ingredients before making GOULASH in your home. Then, follow these steps below to serve GOULASH for your family or friends.

Ingredients: GOULASH

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 2 can 15 oz tomato sauce (if you like it less soupy, you can omit)
  • 2 cup beef broth
  • 2 can 14 1/2 cans of whole tomatoes, undrained
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 tbsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp caraway seed
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 clove finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 2 bay leaf
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 4 cup macaroni, cooked according to box

How to Make GOULASH

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make GOULASH in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cook beef in oil till brown, drain
  • Step 2
  • Stir in remaining ingredients except water, flour and noodles
  • Step 3
  • Break up tomatoes with scissors
  • Step 4
  • Heat to boiling, then reduce heat to simmer. Simmer 1 hour & 15 minutes
  • Step 5
  • Mix water and flour. Slowly mix into liquid, heat to boiling for 1minute
  • Step 6
  • Mix the hot cooked noodles in, and enjoy
