  • 1 spreadable butter/margarine
  • 2 slice of American cheese
  • 1 squirt of yellow mustard
  • 1 non-stick spray
  • 3 dash of dried oregano

    Step 1
  • heat skillet on med-high
  • Step 2
  • spread butter/margarine on one side of each slice of bread, as you would with toast
  • Step 3
  • spray hot skillet with non-stick cooking spray
  • Step 4
  • place each slice of bread on skillet, butter/margarine side down
  • Step 5
  • top each slice of bread with one slice of cheese
  • Step 6
  • squirt mustard on one slice and dashes of oregano on the other
  • Step 7
  • with spatula, pick up one slice and place it on the other, creating a sandwich
  • Step 8
  • continue to cook until outside is golden brown and cheese is melted, flipping occasionally to cook each side evenly
