  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup finely crushed saltine crackers
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp rubbed sage
  • dash pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce

How to Make Grandma's meatloaf

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Grandma's meatloaf in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Step 2
  • In a large bowl beat eggs.
  • Step 3
  • Next add milk, saltine crackers, salt, pepper, sage and onions to the eggs.
  • Step 4
  • Next crumble ground beef into the bowl and mix everything together. Place it in a 8x4 oval ungreased pan. And form it into a loaf shape.
  • Step 5
  • Combine remaining ingredients. Place 3/4 cup of it on the meatloaf.
  • Step 6
  • Bake at 350° for 60-65 mins. Take out of oven and let sit for 10 min. Serve with remaining sauce.
