  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Bread (strong) flour
  • 2 tbsp Honey

    Step 1
  • Preheat the oven for 180°C (350°F). Separate the egg whites and yolks.

  • Whip the egg whites while adding the sugar a little at a time.

  • Add the egg yolks to Step 2, and mix well. Add the honey and mix some more.
  • Step 4
  • Add the bread flour to Step 3, and fold in to blend well.
  • Step 5
  • Pour the batter into a mold, and tap it several times on the counter to eliminate any air bubbles.
  • Step 6
  • Bake it for 10 minutes at 180°C (350°F). Turn down the heat to 150°C (300°F) and bake it for another 20 minutes.
  • Step 7
  • When it's baked, wrap with plastic wrap. Let it sit for a day before enjoying it to make the cake even more moist.
