  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 8 oz Cream cheese (room temp)
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 box Confectioners sugar
  • 1 cup Chopped pecans

How to Make Granny's Carrot Cake

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make Granny's Carrot Cake in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Set oven to bake at 350°F
  • Step 2
  • Mix dry ingredients for cake batter in large bowl

  • Add vegetable oil and blend by hand

  • Slowly add in confectioners sugar until all is well mixed in

  • Mix in vanilla extract and pecans
  • Step 10
  • Once cakes are cooled, frost away!
