  • 1 1/2 bunches Grapes
  • 300 grams Granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice

How to Make Grape Jam

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Grape Jam in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Wash the grapes one by one, cut in half, then remove the seeds.
  • Step 2
  • Add the Step 1 grapes into a pot, add the granulated sugar and lemon juice on top, then turn on the heat.
  • Step 3
  • Remove the grape skin (about 1/3 of the mixture) halfway through cooking. It's easy to scoop out the skin when it floats to the surface.
  • Step 4
  • Simmer for about 30 minutes while adjusting the heat between low and medium, then it's done!
  • Step 5
  • Pour into bottles.
  • Step 6
  • Stick a label, and wrap it.
