  • 1 cup uncooked pasta
  • 5 small sweet peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped

  • 1/2 cup feta
  • 7 medium pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, quartered
  • 3 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

How to Make Greek Pasta Salad

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Greek Pasta Salad in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cook pasta as directed on package. Cool. Meanwhile, prep all your veggies, set aside. In a small bowl or jar with a lid; combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt & pepper. Whisk in bowl or put mid on jar and shake vigorously.
  • Step 2
  • Once pasta is cool enough to handle, place in large bowl with the veggies, cheese, and dressing. Toss the pasta sauce until everything to coated with dressing.
