  • 12 oz box Tri-Color Rotini pasta (uncooked)
  • 1 bunch Radishes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 2 1/4 oz can Sliced Black Olives
  • 1 pints cherry or grape sized Tomatoes
  • 8 oz Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • Greek vinaigrette
  • 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 3 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground Black Pepper

How to Make Greek Pasta Salad

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Greek Pasta Salad in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cook pasta and drain. Set aside to cool. Do not overcook
  • Step 2
  • Wash radishes thoroughly then halve and thinly slice about 3/4 cup or 5 radishes.
  • Step 3
  • Rinse, peel, halve and slice one medium cucumber. Approximately 2 cups
  • Step 4
  • Drain and rinse can of sliced olives.
  • Step 5
  • Rinse and halve tomatoes.
  • Step 6
  • Very gently mix together rotini pasta, radish slices, cucumber slices, tomatoes, black olives and feta cheese (using clean hands works best).
  • Step 7
  • In a separate bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper. Pour the dressing on the salad and mix gently.
  • Step 8
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve chilled.
