  • 2 lamb shoulders
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 salt, pepper, ground coriander seed, dried parsley flakes, greek seasoning
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

How to Make Greek Style Lamb

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Greek Style Lamb in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • Step 2
  • Lightly tenderize lamb on one side.
  • Step 3
  • Heat a cast iron grilling pan with the olive oil on medium high.
  • Step 4
  • On that side of the lamb, press in half the minced garlic into the meat. season with salt, and pepper.
  • Step 5
  • Flip lamb over, press in remaining garlic and season with salt, pepper, coriander, Greek seasoning, and parsley flakes.
  • Step 6
  • Once the pan is hot, place the lamp (parsley side up) in and sear for 10 minutes on medium high.
  • Step 7
  • Pour lemon juice on top of lamp and cover with tin foil. Place pan in oven and cook to desired doneness.
  • Step 8
  • (Optional) The topping is a simple sauté of kalamata olives, feta cheese, pine nuts, and a little balsamic vinegar in olive oil.
  • Step 9
  • Sprinkle with a little parsley flakes and enjoy with other great Greek dishes.
