  • 8 new potatos
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 red onions
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 200 grams feta cheese
  • 500 grams Greek yoghurt
  • 1 bunch dille
  • 175 grams smoked chicken

How to Make Greek style potato salade

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Greek style potato salade in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cook the potatoes for 25 minutes. While you are doing that you can prep the vegetables.
  • Step 2
  • Halve the cucumber and remove the seeds, slice the cucumber very thinly or use a box grater slice side. Do the same with the onion.
  • Step 3
  • Dice the feta cheese in small cubes. And the smoked chicken.
  • Step 4
  • Mix all the ingredients so far with the yoghurt. Chop the dill and the garlic small and add.
  • Step 5
  • When the potatoes are cooked drain them. And while they are warm cut them in quatre parts and add to the rest.
  • Step 6
  • Add salt and paper to taste, mix well. Leave it to cool in the fridge for an hour.. It's even better the next day!
  • Step 7
  • Eet smakelijk! (Dutch for eat up)
